The experience I have had with wards has been brilliant. Our estate agent Ashleigh Horton was especially helpful. Her communication has been faultless and she had no problem with answering many questions and queries we had with the buying process without any delay. She also made sure we were up to date with the sellers communications which helped so much with our decision to buy. She also directed us to a mortgage adviser which was extremely helpful for us to get a good idea as to how much our monthly mortgage payments woul... read more

Chloe at wards has been amazing through our buying process. From the start of looking at properties, offering advice that was fair to both us as buyers and the sellers we were looking to purchase from, right through to exchange/completion. She kept us updated at every step, even went above and beyond reviewing documents for me that was not even part of her role. Thanks Chloe you have really made the process a breeze!

Jonathan and the sales team have been absolutely phenomenal. I received several viewings and offers thanks to their hard work and professionalism. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to accept offers that were slightly below my asking price due to my onward purchase requirements, but that was no reflection on the team's efforts. They have been fantastic throughout the process, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. I really appreciate all your hard work and support. Thank you!

I've been working with Wards Strood and in particular Chloe to sell my late mothers house. From the initial valuation, I knew Chloe, with her bubbly and very personal approach was the right person to sell our house and find the best buyers. House was listed on the Friday and we accepted a fair price for the property on the Tuesday. Good communication and very smooth process so far.

Chloe at Wards was fantastic from start to finish. She was always friendly, approachable, and professional, making the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Thanks to her hard work and expertise, our property sold for more than the asking price, which we were absolutely delighted with. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent and would highly recommend Chloe and the team at Wards to anyone looking to sell their home.
