Recently sold my mother's property through Wards. We sold at the top of their estimated sale price range after a few months on the market. Wards did a very professional job. Tyler, our sales progressor, did a good job of keeping me informed of progress and making me aware when additional information was needed. He rang every couple of weeks, which was about the right frequency. Communication was good and messages left with the office were responded to quickly.
Tyler was very helpful and assisted us with a lot of our queries, helped by Chloe. They were available and made the process very comfortable. They shared lots of their experiences to show their expertise in the field and were very personable people.
Working with Tyler and his team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The entire home-buying process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free thanks to their expertise and clear communication.
