Had a valuation done by Alex, he did an amazing professional job. Estate agents generally unnerve me but Alex was down to earth, factual and spoke from the heart which won me over. He guided me well on the local property scene as well as the wider picture. Alex is a credit to Wards and whatever they may be paying him is surely not enough!
We met Leanne at first contact who was lovely! She made us feel welcome and explained simply to us the details of buying our property. Nothing was too much trouble and Leanne was so easy to talk to. The branch manager, whose name I have forgotten ( sorry ) was also very informative and approachable and easy to communicate with.
