I picked Wards as they were the only estate agent I looked at who publish their fees on their website. But Emily in the Wards rental team has been brilliant and rented out our flat very quickly! She has more than paid for her fee with her advice. Would highly recommend to other landords.

As a first time renter the whole process seemed very daunting but Emily made the whole process seamless and as least stressful as possible. We are now in a lovely house and she has been a key part of helping in anyway she could.
