Viewed a new-build with Stacy at Wards and she was brilliant. Really organised, proactive, sent timely reminders without being pushy, and chased answers quickly. We didn’t proceed (developer-side issues), but Stacy stayed straight with us, kept us updated, and never pressured us. Honestly, other estate agents don’t treat potential buyers this well. Would happily view through her again and recommend her to fellow first-time buyers.
Very, very quick job getting properties sold. Excellent professional service. Patient and consistent and easy to get through to on the phone. Branch staff and sales progressors all knew their stuff and went the distance. Would definitely use again.
