As first time buyers we used Wards of Whitstable when purchasing our home. We mainly dealt with Chris, who was very helpful and fast to respond. We had the pleasure of using Wards of Whitstable to purchase our first home, going into the process as first time buyers Nick took the time to sit down with us and give us an overview of the process, put us in touch with an amazing mortgage broker and answer all the weird and wonderful questions we had along the way. Post offer Freya was an absolute super star in assisting with moving things along and keeping us updated. Her extremely positive and welcoming demeanour was amazing as she helped us get from offer to exchange.
Amazing service from the get go, after switching from another estate agent. Nick, Freya, Chris and the team were great and worked swiftly to get our property listed. Communication from the team was perfect, and they were quick in finding us a buyer. Amanda, the sales progressor has been fantastic at communicating with solicitors between us and the buyers. Very happy with the service, thank you all!
Extremely accommodating when ever we wanted to make another viewing of property. They were always cheerful and informative with our many questions and contacted the seller on our behalf when we had questions. They made buying the property as stress free as possible, considering the importance of the purchase to us.
Although I didn’t purchase a property through Wards in Whitstable, I wanted to give a massive shout out to both Chris & Freya who were both absolutely brilliant to deal with. Chris who we first met really took the time to get to understand us and our situation and Freya showed us properties even on her day off!
