Amazing service from the get go, after switching from another estate agent. Nick, Freya, Chris and the team were great and worked swiftly to get our property listed. We had the pleasure of using Wards of Whitstable to purchase our first home, going into the process as first time buyers Nick took the time to sit down with us and give us an overview of the process, put us in touch with an amazing mortgage broker and answer all the weird and wonderful questions we had along the way. Post offer Freya was an absolute super star in assisting with moving things along and keeping us updated. Her extremely positive and welcoming demeanour was amazing as she helped us get from offer to exchange.
Extremely accommodating when ever we wanted to make another viewing of property. They were always cheerful and informative with our many questions and contacted the seller on our behalf when we had questions. They made buying the property as stress free as possible, considering the importance of the purchase to us.
Recently sold my apartment after unsuccessful attempts with other local agents. This enabled me to proceed with the purchase of my new property which was also managed by Wards. Rented flat Olympia Way from a great agent, but regrettable 2nd year with place kept immaculate and rent always paid in advance, Wards took over the rental. Encouraged owner to raise rent and gave us notice...never returned calls, emails replied late, left us with a dodgy washer/dryer for 6 months and boiler therefore a huge bill.....they refused to help and are basically a shower.
