Poor service We brought my Sequoia in for servicing the low pressure tire light was on. We forgot to mention that to the tech they did their service and inspection never mentioned that the light was still on and when we brought it up, we were basically told that it was our fault for not telling the tech that we had had to remove the sensor, when speaking to the manager we were told that the Matt mechanic made the decision that we the client must’ve not wanted to have it fixed. The worst Toyota dealer I’ve experienced Worst Toyota dealer I’ve ever used. They banned me because I complained about what I believe to be horrific service . My recommendation is don’t go to these rude people for sales or service. Every two years I purchase a new Toyota and I always use a different Toyota dealer because these people are terrible. BEWARE- Pompous rude bad service experience.
