I had always been impressed with Rumpke in the past, but when I asked them to pick up an old mattress and box springs they repeatedly left it on the curb. When I called to complain they split hairs about how the mattress was not wrapped well enough in plastic. When I asked if they ripped a hole in the plastic loading it next week if they would leave it on the road again I was told yes. Is this not a trash pick up service?! Rumpke has provided great service and good value now for the 5 years we have been using them. Out of the 52 times per year they pick up, over the past 5 years they may have been late or slowed by weather, but they have always provided great service. I appreciate the hard and thankless work that these ladies and men perform.

I absolutely love Rumpke. The service I receive from them is OUTSTANDING. I use the recycling, yard waste as well as regular trash pick up. The men that pick up what I put curbside are very personable, professional, polite, and caring. i feel the fees are reasonable for the services I use. They place the bins back a good distance from the street so they do not blow into the street or hit by cars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RUMPKE TO EVERYONE.

I've been using a dumpster for horse manure for several years, with Rumpke, and recently switched to 3 "cans". They were very prompt with the contract change and with picking up the dumpster and delivering the "cans". They are always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can't get the Garbage collector to stop driving through my grass. It got to the point to where I had to make shift barricades in order to get him to stop destroying my yard. I have a small farm and there is plenty of room for them to back up and go forward or to make what ever adjustments they need to in order to prevent damaging my property. I could careless about the grass, but the trucks are so heavy that when he runs through my grass it makes huge divets that I can't fix. Tried talking to the supervisor two differen... read more
