We had a heat pump installed in our condo. Paolo was the crew chief and worked 2 long days with an electrician and another helper. They solved issues on the fly and did a great job. The project, which entailed running refrigerant lines from the heat pump installed outside through the garage and then up to the air exchanger and ductwork, was well-designed. Their service was very prompt and the installers were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative about the process, the cost of the furnace was competitive and fair, my only complaint is that the state required an electrician to install a light and switch in the room my old furnace was in which ended up being an extra 675$, the new Bryant furnace works great and I like the new control panel, there were some fall rebates which did help the cost come down

Washington Energy Services installed a car charger at my home as well as a cable management arm for the charger cable. They were very professional, showed up on time and did everything they said they were going to do. The price was reasonable and competitive with other companies and were very helpful in recommending and installing a cable management bracket. I would definitely consider using their services in the future.

Jose did a really excellent job! He went above and beyond to get our furnace and air conditioner in top condition. He upgraded a small part on the furnace for easier cleaning, and the air conditioner had never been as clean of debris - that we never even knew we had! Jose was meticulous in every part of this annual service. As with previous annual services from Washington Energy, the people you send for this yearly service are extremely pleasant and efficient! We certainly can highly recommend Washington Energy.
