Super rude behavior during neighbor install. Washington Energy Services has blocked half of my driveway for going on 5 hours, without ever asking me if they could park there. Please note that there is PLENTY of room directly in front of the house where they were doing the install. (Who does this???) I was in and out of the house, and they saw me and had plenty of time to ask if it was OK or to apologize. This is our third time using Washington Energy Services — windows, a split system, and a tankless water heater. They have truly earned our loyalty. Steven and Owen called ahead to give me an hour’s notice. When they arrived they were very polite and friendly. Steven walked me through the process of what he intended to do, then they jumped in and worked all day until their task was completed. Then Steven showed me and explained in detail exactly what he had done and what I should know and what I should anticipate. I have had Washington Energy Services install a heat pump for my home and replace an electrical panel. For both projects they were professional, great communicators, and you could tell how much pride they took in their work. They took the time to make sure I understood the work they completed and how to use the equipment. Everyone was friendly throughout. I would definitely use their services again.

Kept appoinment time. Knowledgeable workers. Nice guys , curtious. Over all job is well done. Outside door frame appearance is not smooth and finished very well. Workers said that's how they are supposed to do it. Gave us a stain product to use in staple holes that just is not good. Frame is exposed to weather so these indentations could be an issue as the frame is made of composite material.
