Stephen and Ray installed a new panel. Gen inlet and surge protector. Pricing was great, very professional. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Bronson gave pricing was very affordable and there were no sales tactics just straight to what was needed and nothing more. Very knowledgeable. Very clean work up to code, permits pulled and inspected same day. I will always use Washington Energy Services for all of my Electrical, Plumbing, and everything else they do. Thank you.
Kept appoinment time. Knowledgeable workers. Nice guys , curtious. Over all job is well done. Outside door frame appearance is not smooth and finished very well. Workers said that's how they are supposed to do it. Gave us a stain product to use in staple holes that just is not good. Frame is exposed to weather so these indentations could be an issue as the frame is made of composite material.
Always have had a great experience with Washington Energy Services. This latest tune-up of our fireplace and furnace were equally as good. The fireplace looks so much better now and our furnace is running smoothly.
Their service was very prompt and the installers were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative about the process, the cost of the furnace was competitive and fair, my only complaint is that the state required an electrician to install a light and switch in the room my old furnace was in which ended up being an extra 675$, the new Bryant furnace works great and I like the new control panel, there were some fall rebates which did help the cost come down
I finally decided to retire my furnace last week after 26 years of service. My neighbor recommended Washington Energy Services so I called them for a free estimate. The salesman came out and explained all the options available and answered all my questions. The new furnace is installed and is much quieter than the old one was and the variable speed blower keeps the house temperature much more even just as the salesman said it would be.
