Stephen and Ray installed a new panel. Gen inlet and surge protector. Pricing was great, very professional. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Bronson gave pricing was very affordable and there were no sales tactics just straight to what was needed and nothing more. Very knowledgeable. Very clean work up to code, permits pulled and inspected same day. I will always use Washington Energy Services for all of my Electrical, Plumbing, and everything else they do. Thank you.
I finally decided to retire my furnace last week after 26 years of service. My neighbor recommended Washington Energy Services so I called them for a free estimate. The salesman came out and explained all the options available and answered all my questions. We are very pleased with the work done by Washington Energy Services. We have a new whole home generator, new electrical panel and a new outdoor outlet. All the crews were professional and friendly. We were informed of every step. The work was completed in the time frame they planned and they were meticulous in their clean up. We know when we hire them we get a quality product and service.
Always have had a great experience with Washington Energy Services. This latest tune-up of our fireplace and furnace were equally as good. The fireplace looks so much better now and our furnace is running smoothly.
Sometime about 9 years ago or so, we went with Washington Energy Services to install a heat pump in our house. We got quotes from a couple of places, but went with WES because of the cost and the regular follow ups. We've had pretty good experiences with them. The only reason I knocked off a star is because apparently they didn't install an outside thermometer (linked to the heat pump and our thermostat) when they did the initial install and it went unnoticed for a couple of years.
