As always, Washington Energy Service did great with our work. We had just purchased our new home in August and our HVAC heart pump system went out in September. I had used Washington Energy Services for 5 years at my previous house, and so I called them up to come and quote us. Although the part was very lengthy delayed, due to the manufacturer AND not Washington Energy Services, once it came in the job was done perfectly. I highly recommend Washington Energy Services. Dustin the Engineering Supervisor and their technician team were extremely helpful, making my electrical panel generator ready and installed the gas line for the generator. They were punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable with my questions and helped with a solution for my requirements. In addition I think their price is very reasonable.
We had a heat pump installed in our condo. Paolo was the crew chief and worked 2 long days with an electrician and another helper. They solved issues on the fly and did a great job. The project, which entailed running refrigerant lines from the heat pump installed outside through the garage and then up to the air exchanger and ductwork, was well-designed. WES did a great job installing a dual unit ductless heat pump system in my mobile home. Gabriel, the project advisor, found ways to make my project affordable for me, and I ended up with an enviable deal. The installers were real pros, and kudos to them for job they did despite the miserable conditions in my home's crawlspace.
