Do not use them, please don’t. This company made me pay over $350 in propane I didn’t use. When I sold my house, they refunded me $4! That was it. I didn’t even get my money back from prepaying a whole year tank rental. Absolute theft. They don’t care about stealing. They will try any way to put large fees on your account.

I have had nothing but exemplary service from Tidewater Energy in Washington,...especially Connie. She has gone out of her way to help me through the new construction process for gas line/tank service and I really appreciate that. Thank you Connie,...you are the best! This company is horrible! We called to question the amount of a bill a couple of years ago & were met with nothing but rudeness. In spite of this, we continued to use them. We recently switched from gas to electric heating. Although we were renting the tanks from Tidewater and had other uses for gas in the home, they came and took the tanks away without even getting in touch with us to let us know. We called to let them know the tanks had gone missing from our home and were once again met with same of level of rudeness ... read more

Chris and his crew are THE BEST. Our hot water tank "died" and they went above and beyond to install a Rinnai Tankless Gas Water Heater. We have used Tidewater Energy for 20 years and their service has never disappointed us. Thank you
