I called Saturday afternoon to stop water leaking through the ceiling light. In.a few hours, the leak was stopped . I appreciate Calvin's quick response because they have a lot on their plate with maintenance. He came up Monday and emptied the light fixture of water and replaced the water-logged bulb. He's made a few repairs recently that have been helpful in improving my quality of life here.
The staff: Almost every Pangea/CYM Living staff member that you will encounter is ignorant and unprofessional. Calling customer service or emailing will get you nowhere. They will leave you on hold for 30+ minutes, transfer you multiple times and never resolve your issues. I was told a manager would call me back but I have yet to hear back from anybody including 'Desiree"; Shaquillia Phillips (underwriting specialist) assured me Desiree would contact be but I never heard from her. My experience at Washington Apartments has been Good but if I would say one thing that would make it better is the cleanliness of other tenants leaving trash on the stairs & the elevator broke down occasionally.
I love it all because ya do a very good job on the building. Do ya have a studio or 1 bed t for rent . I'll I've to live there because it is close to my grand babies school. can I come to you an talk about the rent please . I'm on disability now.
