Very professional and made me feel heard when I wasn't feeling good. The written instructions were clear and very appreciated. They even wished me happy birthday because they actually read my paperwork before they saw me. Jasmine, the nurse practioner, was very good at listening and took the time to diagnose me correctly. Great experience.
Doctors and nurses took my daughter’s symptoms seriously. From the admission team to drs, nurses, lab techs, CNAs and the ultrasound tech were all understanding, compassion, super kind, and each explained to my daughter what was going on, what was next, medical procedures, and always asked if she had any questions…she always did and they would answer her questions.All the staff had a great sense of humor and ability to explain it all to a10 year old with out scaring her. My wife was quoted $30 for a flu shot. She handed her card over, and it was returned with a receipt for $60. 2 weeks later, her card is charged AGAIN, for an additional $60. No phone call or heads up, just a random pending transaction WEEKS later for an office visit fee. I have 2 purple hearts, so she qualifies for Champ VA. It was no use here apparently. If insurance for combat vets is refused , and then the price increases 4X the original quote. Dont say $30 and then hit us for $120 for a simple flu and TB shot. No itemize... read more
The staff is great. From sign in to triage to the practitioner/doctor, they were courteous, professional and very caring. Would highly reccommend
Nurse Practitioner Jasmine is one of the best health care professionals in the area. She took the time to treat my hand and really cares about the quality of care she provides. Washington Regional Urgent Care is leagues above the MedExpress. The staff are very friendly and I was in and out in no time.
