I fractured my Tibia recently and they gave me excellent care. They came out to the car with a wheelchair to get me and took many x-rays of my foot, ankle and tibia. Then they fit me with a boot so I can walk and wheeled me back to the car. I did not have a long wait either. I would definitly recommend them and I would definitely use them again. I came in hurting severely after injuring my ear canal and I was in and out very quickly. All of the staff are so kind. I have gone here three other times and it’s always first class treatment and minimal waiting. I’ve been to other Urgent Care facilities. Nothing compares. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!!
My pharmacist recommended WRUC center to me on a Saturday when my doctor's office was closed. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. The front receptionist was very nice, professional, and explained every detail of my card charges, insurance filing, etc. I didn't wait but a minute before being taken back to the exam room, where vitals got checked first. I have never been to an urgent care and have only been to the ER twice in my life. Caleb is a fantastic health care professional. My entire experience was a positive one.
Very caring staff. Dr. Caleb Kaspar actually showed his compassion towards me to help find out what the problem was and the right medicine and also instructions to help with my medical condition. I was there for about a hour and he took the time to figure out something before letting me leave. Very grateful to have showed up that day and had the Doctor and staff help like they did. Thank you
