All three Staff members I interacted with were TOP NOTCH!!! They made a miserable situation become a pleasant one. They truly care, took their time and even joked with me which was greatly appreciated. I cannot say enough about them. I would say I’ll be back but for obvious reasons I hope not lol. But if I had too, they will forever be my FIRST CHOiCE from now on.
I fractured my Tibia recently and they gave me excellent care. They came out to the car with a wheelchair to get me and took many x-rays of my foot, ankle and tibia. Then they fit me with a boot so I can walk and wheeled me back to the car. I did not have a long wait either. I would definitly recommend them and I would definitely use them again. My pharmacist recommended WRUC center to me on a Saturday when my doctor's office was closed. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. The front receptionist was very nice, professional, and explained every detail of my card charges, insurance filing, etc. I didn't wait but a minute before being taken back to the exam room, where vitals got checked first. The best healthcare experience I've ever had. I wanted to add to this. The nurse and the APRN or PA, Jasmine I think was her name? Just the most compassionate and kind people I've had the pleasure to meet in my journey of chronic illness, which hasn't always been met with kindness nor compassion. Thank you ladies. You truly changed my life and you are making a difference in our community. I can't thank you enough.
Very caring staff. Dr. Caleb Kaspar actually showed his compassion towards me to help find out what the problem was and the right medicine and also instructions to help with my medical condition. I was there for about a hour and he took the time to figure out something before letting me leave. Very grateful to have showed up that day and had the Doctor and staff help like they did. Thank you
