I cannot say enough good things about my visit today! From the cleanliness, to the entire team being so pleasant and friendly, I will use this clinic every time I need urgent care in the future! Super thankful for being open on Sundays as well.
Such a great experience! I went in and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was feeling so bad, but the mobile check in system went down and the lady was able to send me a link so I could register. I tried and the system went down. She kept trying and I finally was checked in, but the old fashioned way, pen and paper. Then I was seen and the nurse and nurse practitioner were both friendly and helpful. I walked out knowing what was wrong with me and a plan to get better. All of this happened within 30 or less!
The service was great and the wait time wasn’t long. It felt like I was visiting my PCP office how efficient it was. I’m new to the area and usually don’t go to urgent care because of how unreliable it can feel. I came in to the office in pain & left with a game plan. Nice staff as well
The Care of the staff was great, which is why I’m so disappointed in the billing practices. I was already hesitant because I had a billing issue several years ago at another Washington regional urgent care, but my children needed to be seen and there was no pediatrician available or open at the time. I also needed to be seen and could not wait. Several years ago, I was told that a self-pay visit was $150 at another location. I got a bill for over $300 with insurance. Very nice people. However they were not equipped to assist. I had called first about IV fluids and they have those. They however, do not have any lab capacity. Wish they did, they were a pleasure to deal with.
