Highly recommend this clinic as every time I have been in here I’ve always been treated with respect and compassion. I have only seen two providers and the only one I can remember his name is nurse practitioner Miguel. He was very professional and the time management was perfect. This place I highly recommend their staff is so sweet and they are so compassionate.
I’m from Liberty Mo so didn’t know where to go? I contacted my insurance company and they give me a list and I chose this one. I’m so glad I did because they were great. Very nice and helpful if I ever in the area again and need a place to go this will definitely be the place.
The staff were kind, empathetic, and accommodating—they got my son in just 15 minutes before closing and stayed late to help us, which we truly appreciated. He had a 2.5-inch hand laceration from a fall. Unfortunately, the wound wasn’t properly irrigated or stitched. One of the stitches popped overnight, and over the next few days, small debris (like pebbles and dirt) surfaced from the wound. We do not live in NWA, but i would highly recommend this facility and would not hesitate to use them again. The staff was kind and care that my daughter received from this office was phenomenal. The provider was knowledgeable and very informative about her situation. The office was very clean and welcoming. Definitely deserve 10 stars.
I used the save my spot. Once I arrived the check in was easy and my wait time was 2 min. I saw the doctor right away. I was in and out of there within 30 min. Great service with friendly staff.
