I cannot say enough good things about my visit today! From the cleanliness, to the entire team being so pleasant and friendly, I will use this clinic every time I need urgent care in the future! Super thankful for being open on Sundays as well.
Such a great experience! I went in and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was feeling so bad, but the mobile check in system went down and the lady was able to send me a link so I could register. I tried and the system went down. She kept trying and I finally was checked in, but the old fashioned way, pen and paper. Then I was seen and the nurse and nurse practitioner were both friendly and helpful. I walked out knowing what was wrong with me and a plan to get better. All of this happened within 30 or less!
The Care of the staff was great, which is why I’m so disappointed in the billing practices. I was already hesitant because I had a billing issue several years ago at another Washington regional urgent care, but my children needed to be seen and there was no pediatrician available or open at the time. I also needed to be seen and could not wait. Several years ago, I was told that a self-pay visit was $150 at another location. I got a bill for over $300 with insurance. I have an very pleasant experience to visit this location. The staffs are friendly and the facilities are very clean. Physican Miguel provide professional suggestions for my illnesses concerning. He is very patient and give us a lot of advices to solve my issues.
The convenience of the "Save my spot" online wait-list is why I prefer this Urgent Care. I declined the offer to pay $350 upfront for services, which worked for me - paying $65 upfront. I'll see what my coinsurance portion is, but I'm pretty much at my out of pocket max. The Nurse Practitioner saw me and prescribed the antibiotics and nasal spray for my excessive coughing and post nasal drip. I'm only 3 days into the treatment, so we'll see how it goes.
