Such a great experience! I went in and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was feeling so bad, but the mobile check in system went down and the lady was able to send me a link so I could register. I tried and the system went down. She kept trying and I finally was checked in, but the old fashioned way, pen and paper. Then I was seen and the nurse and nurse practitioner were both friendly and helpful. I walked out knowing what was wrong with me and a plan to get better. All of this happened within 30 or less!
The care was awesome.!! The doctor and staff have been great. The clinic being open during the holidays made us feel better. Dr. Miguel Salas is a great doctor and the rest of the staff has been great. No words to say how grateful we were with the care we received all the times we have been there. Not many clinics are open when you need them the most.
Got in right away. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I saw Joann and really liked her. Didn’t feel rushed and felt heard!!
The employees were very friendly and helpful. The nurse PA told me exactly what he thought could be going on and to get with my Cardiologist as soon as possible. Thank y’all for your help and concern.
BEST urgent care hands down. We can always get in so quickly, very little waiting and has the best service. Our provider is the best- easy to talk with, and so supportive. We wont go anywhere else.
