Overall experience was very good, and they were able to get me in and out a lot quicker than I was anticipating beforehand. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable by explaining each test before they conducted it, and helped by explaining what the point of it was, too, just so I knew. The doctor, Dr. Cho, put whatever apprehension I may have initially had about my visit to rest and explained what was going on with my eyes in a way that was very easy to comprehend. Dr Mammo was exceptional. I have seen several other optometrists in the past but he was by far the best I've ever had. Very informative, honest and straight to the point. I had to have some first time procedures done today that scared me but him and his team put me at ease, the whole team was exceptional. If I wasn't retired I would probably want to work there! I’m so grateful for the wonderful care my mom receives at this retina office. Dr. Cho is kind, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we understand. She always asks if we have any questions and never makes us feel rushed. The check-in and visit process is extremely quick, yet thorough and organized. The entire staff is professional and compassionate. I truly appreciate everything they do for my mom.
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a medical office. The staff was professional and friendly and made me feel like they really cared about helping me. My wife was with me and while in the waiting room she observed the office staff dealing with patients, their family members and talking on the phone. She commented to me that they were both so friendly and helpful to everyone. I feel very fortunate that my doctor referred me to Washington Retina.
Friendly, efficient professionals. Very effective in communicating information and answering questions. I felt that they cared about me both as their patient and as a person dealing with new and worrisome medical conditions.
