Overall experience was very good, and they were able to get me in and out a lot quicker than I was anticipating beforehand. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable by explaining each test before they conducted it, and helped by explaining what the point of it was, too, just so I knew. The doctor, Dr. Cho, put whatever apprehension I may have initially had about my visit to rest and explained what was going on with my eyes in a way that was very easy to comprehend. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a medical office. The staff was professional and friendly and made me feel like they really cared about helping me. My wife was with me and while in the waiting room she observed the office staff dealing with patients, their family members and talking on the phone. She commented to me that they were both so friendly and helpful to everyone. I feel very fortunate that my doctor referred me to Washington Retina.
From start to finish, this team is kind, efficient, and thorough. I have some mildly scary symptoms and they saw me quickly, ran tests and developed a game plan. I left feeling confident I’m in good hands and there is a solution for my condition. Great experience!
Dr, Minh is highly professional , took the time to explain every test and answered all my questions about my eye health. All the staffs were friendly. The front desk staff was welcoming and got me checked in right away. My first time visit, I had a great experience.
They were on time. They had my paperwork all ready for me to fill out. went quickly. after takingsome pictures and looking at them, told me that he didn't have to use the laser. I thought that was good he didn't need to instead of just doing it anyway.
