Wonderful office and care. The staff kindly helped us navigate our first visit when we got lost, worked us in when we were running late, and are very accessible for follow up questions. Dr. Trinh is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. We appreciate his care so much!
From the time I arrived until the time I left everybody was friendly and helpful. Dr. Trinh was quite thorough and he explained things clearly, including future treatment options. And Olivia, the medical assistant, was great -- efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with Dr. Trinh and everyone else at Washington Retina and I strongly recommend them for anybody needing eye care.
I went in not knowing what was wrong with my eyes and every single person that helped me through the process made me feel relaxed while they did the testing with me and made me feel like I was the only one there. These people were great and I really appreciate the time they took to gather all the information needed to have the doctor diagnose my issues. Even the front desk check-in and check-out was upbeat and easy. Thank you Washington Retina for outstanding service!
They have a well-run and efficient process at Washington Retina. Before I saw the main doctor -- Dr. M. Cho -- my eyes were checked, dilated and scanned/photographed in preparation. I think the tech that guided me through this process was Rebecca (?). She was skilled and friendly. I felt in good hands. Dr. Cho helped me understand what was going on with my vision. She is excellent. My wife is a previous patient here. I very much would recommend Washington Retina. The front office staff was good too. 5 STARS.
Once they received my referral, I had an appt the next day. Professional but friendly and they make what might be a stressful situation much more calm. I was also able to have my procedure done the same day/same appt instead of having to return. The doctor was honest regarding what I might feel during the procedure and it was exactly as he said. I would definitely recommend Washington Retina in Tacoma, Wa.
