We had a great experience visiting the Tacoma location. The staff are professional and warm. There was hardly any waiting period after we arrived for our appointment. The technicians provide clear instructions and assist you warmly as you go through the eye scans. Dr Cho examination was thorough and her diagnosis and next steps were very clear. All in all it was a very good experience. We would highly recommend Washington Retina.
The front and back staff were excellent in every way. They were all really friendly, kind and professional. The back staff made sure I understood each procedure and allowed me full control. They respected my wishes to be transparent with all costs. Dr. Trinh was thorough, smart, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. What more can anyone ask for in any medical office? Thank you.
I was going blind last year and there was minimal hope due to my detachment of both retinas. Dr. Trinh was able to give me most of my vision back and there is still hope for my left eye. Very thankful for Dr Trinh and his team, one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I also want to give a shout out to the staff not only are they professional but they’re compassionate, they talk to you, they’re helpful. I feel like part of their family when I come in. Kudos to you all.
Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. I didn’t have to wait two minutes before they called me back to check my eyes. They took two sets of film and then I spoke with Dr. Cho Explain what she was seeing on the photos. She wants me back in three months for a follow up. Overall, my whole appointment only took an hour. I look forward to being back in three months. I was very pleased with the service.
EVERY person in this office were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very kind! They totally made me feel at ease and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing their services!
