I was treated incredibly well, and the technician was very careful to explain things showing her concern for my safety. The doctor was polite and concise in explaining my exam. The whole experience was extremely simple, and I felt valued an important to them.
I wasn't sure what to expect. I was greeted and seen quiclky by a great staff. The initial exam and consultation was done very professionally. The doctor explained and showed me my what was going on with my vision. I was able to receive the correction at the same time. I only spent a total of approximately two hours in the office. Thank you!
I went in not knowing what was wrong with my eyes and every single person that helped me through the process made me feel relaxed while they did the testing with me and made me feel like I was the only one there. These people were great and I really appreciate the time they took to gather all the information needed to have the doctor diagnose my issues. My regular ophthalmologist saw something potentially troubling with my eyes, and he got me an appt with WA Retina. WA Retina had room for me in their schedule, and they got me in quickly. The staff were AMAZING! I got the exams I needed, and they gave me SOLID answers. The doctor really took the time to listen to me, and he answered my questions. I STRONGLY recommend Washington Retina!
Wonderful office and care. The staff kindly helped us navigate our first visit when we got lost, worked us in when we were running late, and are very accessible for follow up questions. Dr. Trinh is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. We appreciate his care so much!
