From the time I arrived until the time I left everybody was friendly and helpful. Dr. Trinh was quite thorough and he explained things clearly, including future treatment options. And Olivia, the medical assistant, was great -- efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with Dr. Trinh and everyone else at Washington Retina and I strongly recommend them for anybody needing eye care.
Very friendly. I felt very comfortable and was even taken back early and wasn't kept waiting. I don't have insurance but they were willing to work with me.
I am really pleased with the care I have received since starting with Washington Retina and Dr. Trinh a year ago. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, also very fast at getting procedures and tests completed. Dr. Trinh is so clear at explaining what is going on with my eyes that I know I'm in good hands. Waiting times are minimal. Highly recommended.
I had "blurry to non-existent vision" in my left eye. I was referred to WA Retina, Dr. Benjamin Reiss to address this issue. When arriving I spoke with Olivia at the front desk, and she was very helpful and efficient. As I moved through the process of my condition being addressed everyone I spoke with and/or interacted with was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. I didn’t have to wait two minutes before they called me back to check my eyes. They took two sets of film and then I spoke with Dr. Cho Explain what she was seeing on the photos. She wants me back in three months for a follow up. Overall, my whole appointment only took an hour. I look forward to being back in three months. I was very pleased with the service.
