I have stored my things with Storage Pro since 2001. I thought it was secure and well managed until 2018 when there was a shift in management. I had a 15'x20' unit full of precious heirlooms and all things which made my house a nice home for my family. I moved out of my space on Sept, 2024 Only to find 75% of my things were not in my storage unit. I found mostly bubble wrap and packing paper as I unpacked the near 300 boxes I had stored. I had a unit here for several years, always clean, always safe. When I moved out it was the best experience thanks to Eli. He made the process simple and gave us all cold glass of water when we were done. Can’t say how much I appreciate it.
Went in today to get some pricing on a unit , to see my options , Eli was assisting me , he was explanatory generally nice, couldn't ask for more
