After getting my car washed three times within 20 minutes I finally gave up just wiped it down crappy car wash I’ve ever had and I paid for the really expensive one. Don’t waste your money.
I have been going to this Car Wash for several years and their must be a reason for getting my car cleaned there! They do a great job and always remember to take time to give my Yorkie, Jack a treat! I get my Dodge Charger cleaned frequently and I cannot argue with the charges! Personally, I feel that they are very fair! Especially on the monthly plan!
The car wash destroyed my car and they took 2 weeks to review the video and lie and say there was previous damage to my fender where there was none. Even when the incident first happened and I told them that I wasn't mad, the people on shift were telling me that my back panel was probably already loose before they even reviewed the footage. They I knew they had 0 intention of ever taking responsibility. Absolutely will never come back and will never recommend this place to anyone again
We have a monthly membership. We had an issue with the billing and went in it was fixed immediately. Great customer service. They also do a great job every time we get our car washed.
They don’t complete the job. The middle of the car does not get washed in the front. They spray it down and they don’t use a manual brush to get the front or the back. The second thing that bothers me is that they won’t take a phone call. So I’ll leave my troubles here.
