After getting my car washed three times within 20 minutes I finally gave up just wiped it down crappy car wash I’ve ever had and I paid for the really expensive one. Don’t waste your money.
The car wash destroyed my car and they took 2 weeks to review the video and lie and say there was previous damage to my fender where there was none. Even when the incident first happened and I told them that I wasn't mad, the people on shift were telling me that my back panel was probably already loose before they even reviewed the footage. They I knew they had 0 intention of ever taking responsibility. Absolutely will never come back and will never recommend this place to anyone again
Raymond was so insightful last Saturday. I was drying off my SUV he approached me and offered to help with wiping down my vehicle. He informed me of the benefits of membership and the many locations. I ended up signing up for a membership later that day, sadly not with him as he was gone for the day
Raymond was so customer service oriented, and our Dodge Ram came out of the car wash immaculate! Very pleased.
We have a monthly membership. We had an issue with the billing and went in it was fixed immediately. Great customer service. They also do a great job every time we get our car washed.
