So for starters, I literally just watched their guys pick up my trash and end up leaving trash scattered in my yard that they didn’t bother to pick up and the short guy in the flat billed hat just slung my trash can back toward my driveway from the truck and it ended up back in the roadway AGAIN. Awful! I pay my bill through my county for this service. I had to fight to finally get anyone out here to pick up our trash after two months They finally picked it up and now they pick it up when they want to. I have had call several times to get them to come pick up the trash because we are skipped, we are never given a reason, someone named Chloe says she will review the tapes every time we call and she answers and she claims she will call and let us know why, but never does. Didn't pick up my bagged trash laying beside my can. Called security was a just horrible person start to finish. Call corporate they transfer me back to the meridian office where the local B.O.S. then tries to make out to be the liar because I don't take pictures of my trash. I gave a good review a few weeks ago but ever since when my garbage has been picked up they put the garbage can in the middle of my driveway so no one can pull in or out without having to move it. I watched today and instead of walking it back where it is when they pick it they just sling it and it rolls into the driveway
