I bet they don't post this one. We are trying to use Waste Pro roll off but they can not or just will not pick up and rotate full roll offs. My house was torn down more than 3 going on 4 weeks. We fill a roll off and ask for a switch and it takes almost a week each time. They damaged property and cost time and money even though they have been paid a boat load. Don't make the same mistake. Pick up is on Monday's yet this month pick up was on a Tuesday one day and Wednesday the next. Called to discuss not getting service on 7/17 due to having my can out at noon, since it's usually late afternoon pickup for us. They had already come. Was supposed to receive a courtesy pick up, which never happened, and a bear ended up getting into the garbage instead. Our home was destroyed by Hurricane Michael and we had to relocate they refuse to cancel our account charging us repeatedly where its now completely above our feasible fundage and tell us til the full balance is paid they will continue to charge us. What a great way to treat hurricane victims.
We were the only house they missed on our street during trash pick up yesterday. Had a full trash can. Don't know what to do about that till next week. Tried to contact them, but alas- no response. Surprise, surprise. Also had part of our tree and fence broken by these guys a few months ago. Not too thrilled with the company at the moment.
We are supposed to have our cans pointed out toward the street so we comply with this. After your trucks pick up our garbage the cans are left however the automatic arm leaves it which is usually lying on it side. One of our cans doesn't even have a lid anymore thanks to your employees. What happened to the guys who got out of the truck to empty your cans and leave them sitting up right?
