New Crew for our yard waste pickup and they are great! We bundled some cuttings and had a can of leaves out for our Friday pickup.. Martin Myers and Simon Clarence came by while we were outside. They greeted us and collected the yard waste. I appreciated the friendly, personal contact and recognizing their service is important. Waste Pro keeps our community looking great! Thank you.

I’m not sure why they keep breaking and tossing my trash can every pickup. These are not cheap and even after they broke the top off, they continued tossing it upside down or on the ground. Now big chucks of plastic are breaking/snapping off and they’re still abusing my trash can. I don’t know why they keep throwing it and placing it upside down. Since Feb. 17th, Waste Pro has failed to pickup my trash on Tuesdays unless I call the Seminole county solid waste office. They sometimes come then on Wednesday but then do not pickup the up yard trash that Wednesday. This has been reported weekly yet nothing has improved. Waste Pro has lied to the county saying the trash is not out or that they already picked it up. That is not true. The county has photos to verify that the trash is by the curb. Worst service ever. Whoever is doing the Conway circle mobile home park is horrible. They took trash out of my trash can and left it in my yard. Horrible service the dealing with it ever since we moved in here and bulk trash it's a joke with this place

One of your garbage man repeatedly goes down my sidewalk within my camera range and pees on a fence. It catches him every time, this morning I confronted him. He screamed at me and told me he could pee wherever he wants I own that part of the sidewalk, he cannot go there and pee. It catches him on camera every time and the alarm goes off, but he just ignores it and does what he wants. I don’t think that’s right and he screamed at me .I own that sidewalk I don’t think this is right.

Our experience has been pretty bad. Their ability to stay consistent has become evident. Numerous times the day crew neglects to pick up Wednesdays waste. We call, they promise a pick 24/48. They never show up. They don’t even bother to inspect the waste. It seem they have selective professionalism. When they feel like it. Our experience is not been a good one. End review.
