I can only hope that Port Royal dumps this company. They are charging me for an extra bin I never had. The problem started with one of the drivers breaking their truck on tree I usually put my bin next to. They said that I needed to move my bin to somewhere clearer. I did even though for years none of the trucks had that problem before. I told my neighbors about it and we decided to use the paved portion on the right side of my house for both their bin and mine. We’ve had a great experience with Waste Pro. Pickups are consistently on time, and anytime we’ve had a question or needed an extra pickup, their response has been quick and helpful. It’s refreshing to work with a company that’s reliable, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This company is very unorganized and does not communicate with customers very well. I scheduled for bulk pick up. I was told that a driver will pick the bags up on Friday. I put my bags by the road that Wednesday. Friday, no one picked my bags up. I called the office and I was told that a driver came and the bags were not by the road. I informed the staff, on the call, that that was untrue. I indeed had the bags there 2 days prior to pick up. So she asked to call me back after looking into the matter. Jason did an amazing job getting a dumpster set up for my business. He’s very knowledgeable and efficient. The dumpster arrived within a couple days and in the correct location I specified. I highly recommend!
