I ran into a problem with my can, and the new route supervisor Isaiah Trent came and solved the problem immediately. The new position of the can has been working out perfectly for us ever since. Waste pro is highly recommended, 5 star service!
The reviews about being punctual are false. They have a terrible reputation for not showing up on time or at all. Terrible experience.
They drive down our road way to fast I have done called once to ask them very politely to slow down and they won’t. Now who do I call MDOT
