Take a look at these pictures. Waste Pro deemed them too full to dump. Incredibly disappointed with this service. I worked for waste recycling service for half a decade and republic services for half a decade. Never, ever would I treat my customers this way. Worst service I have ever experienced. Set up an account on 7/31(Thursday) and prepaid for 3 months' service with a credit card. Told my trash/recycle day was Wednesday and that I would receive my containers next Tuesday. Week 1: Tuesday comes; no containers. I call on Wednesday, 8/6. Now I am told containers won't be here for 7-10 days and that they will pick up my bagged trash. How a garbage can goes missing in action inside the truck and the driver has no clue it happened. This has happened several times in a year. And the handicap person that’s staying with me has to have her trash bags empty every day . And we have to wait 7 to 14 days to get another one. Waste pro has the worse, customer service reps in the corporate world. Unappreciated !!!!! I get better service with waste management on my job sites . Hope Cato homes would switch back to waste management.
The trash service runs at my place in Bessemer city on Thursday's. Every week for the entire 7 years I’ve been at my residence the team comes by and takes my cans out without any problem. This past Thursday a new person was coming around with the truck that we haven’t seen before. This guy doesn’t touch either of my two cans, hanging a tag on them stating it was an excessive amount and it needed to be corrected before the next pick up day. If I could give this service 0 stars I would be google won’t allow it. I have been a client here for 2 years now and within that time it’s either you can’t get ahold of anyone who has an ounce of respect for you and won’t just talk over you while you’re trying to speak (Patty) then proceeds to hang up the phone on you while you’re trying to get you account sorted out.
