If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would leave. My trash has not been picked up in two months. I have called four separate times. I have submitted five different complaints on the website each time returned with an automatic email saying the issue has been resolved. I called last Friday, I called this Monday, and I called again this Friday morning to make sure that someone was actually coming to pick up my trash. Waste pro is no good they will lie you when they tell you they will have somebody out there to pick the trash up that same day and it happens all the time where they don’t pick the trash up the day they are supposed to, especially when you can’t put anymore trash in the can/dumpster and have to set it beside it that’s ridiculous so they need to get there act together and start picking up the trash on the day they are supposed to and not lie and say we have somebody dispatch that way when they really don’t
