Truck 485 operated by Ron Butler Jr and his helper Gerby are an amazing team! They always make sure to put the empty recycle bins into the driveway since our street is very tight. They also ensure there is nothing left behind in the street and are super pleasant to people they come across!
We Live our Waste Pro workers. They are always super friendly and always do a great job. Some are of the neighbors don’t do their best at bagging or putting in the receptacle but our Waste Pro team always pulls through picking up everything tossed at them. The left broken glass all up and down my mom’s street and it sliced my tire. I reached out to them and they said they would call back with a plan and never did. 100% unhappy with this. I have a road trip to a winter location for work this week and need this resolved now. I will not drive up to an icy area with a tire that is sliced and losing air pressure due to their negligence. I have a car where all four tires are going to need replaced because it is awd and it will mess up my differential and more running with one brand... read more
