I want to give a big SHOUT OUT and thanks to the crew who waited for me and helped me with my can. I live on Cool Breeze Lane China Grove. I am 78 and was jogging my can to the truck that waited for me. I young man met me and pushed my can to the truck and emptied it! Awesome job !!

I a new customer and so impressed with their customer service. I have called twice ... both times call answered immediately and the rep was able to answer my question on the spot, even sending a note to a supervisor as we spoke. Total opposite of my last company ... I waited one hour-plus when I called and got a generic call center where they had no local knowledge.

Not a happy customer right now ever since waste pro Took over r&f waste our trash pick up has been off They have skipped us twice and when we called them they gave us bs we pay up yearly expect the same appreciation they we give them but that’s not the case After our time is up moving on . I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone .

I've been a customer for years and never have they just not picked up for a week!!! The roads in my area have been cleared for days. Enough so trash shouldn't be a week behind. This new waste pro is definitely not the home company we had. Miss my old company Debbie Austin

Trash pick-up day was on Thursday for my neighborhood. I live in a senior community in Cornelius. Only half of my trash can contents made it to the truck. The remainder was left scattered on the road. My HOA president stopped the truck and was told they did not have a broom or dust pan. I called the town of Cornelius yesterday and then reached out 2 times Waste Pro. Again, we are a senior community and some of us need some help. I still have not heard a word from them. This is totally unacceptable.
