Excellent service! Been using Wastepro Trash Pickup for over 20 years. The current drivers Sharon Loving and Keven Lamb Truck #319 are the Best. They never leave trash on the ground and always return my trash can back to its original spot. Can't get better than that. Thank you Wastepro for having such awesome workers.

Our sanitation engineers Mr Lynn and young William are so considerate. When collecting from our can they place its lid in our bushes rather than flat on the ground. This makes it easier for me with a bad hip to collect and replace the lid without having to fight using my cane to tip the lid to a point that I can reach down to pick it up to replace it on the can. This also protects me from the dangers of a fall fighting to pick the lid up. Again, thank you Lynn and William for your thoughtfulness. 😀

We have no problem with Waste Pro what so ever, but we live in Inglis and there is a recycle satellite right up the road from us on Butler. We have decided to use that and save the $71 for the 3 month billing period.. The young lady named Stephanie that I spoke with was very pleasant and courteous. She gets an " at a girl" from me. Thank you Stephanie!

This is just a ripoff keep charging me for few boxes. After paying a monthly bill for $35!! That is why most of the neighborhood people just take their own to the dumpster and not using the service. And the customer service should be fired immediately at Fanning Spring

I have been a customer of them for 25 years someone decided that they were going to bill me for the $40 I owe them cuz I'm a month behind ever since they changed their billing to three times as much money as it used to be so I've been a month behind but someone there decided that it was okay for them to just run my $40 through without my authorization therefore causing me an overdraft so no I don't recommend them I think they suck and no one should ever use them because people there think they can bill you without your autho... read more
