I’m extremely disappointed with Waste Pro’s service, especially when it comes to holiday pickups. They regularly skip trash collection on certain holidays, even ones that aren’t listed on their schedule or publicly acknowledged. There’s no notice, no update, and no communication whatsoever—just missed service and overflowing cans left. I’ve called their customer service multiple times to ask what’s going on, and just keep getting told that they’re going to check cameras, but nobody ever gets back to me. If you want great professional service call Diane Porter at Waste Pro. The customer service Diane gave us was top-notch—every question I had was answered promptly. I especially appreciated how seamless the entire process was, making it stress-free. Anything we needed she was happy to help!
Wayne and Ryley, truck # 13018, are fantastic. We just love them. It is so obvious that they truly care about their customers -- they continue to go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. If all your drivers are as great as these two, then WastePro is truly Blessed. And you also have a wonderful staff in the office!
They half dump Garbage in Trenton, leaving trash in cans by opening the can & taking the big bags sometimes. Also, they are manually lifting the trash cans, when the tippers work on the trucks used for collection on Tuesdays & Fridays. They damage the 96 gallon toter trash cans constantly. I have been a dealt with Waste Pro in other locations in Florida. However, this location is just half do stuff. This location should invest in Multipack Trucks with a side load lift arm like alachua, to alleviate this nonsense.
I use waste pro for household trash & yard debris. My driver John & his helper Ryley are always on time and do a great job. Yard debris is always picked up & looks great after. Cans are always put back. Very happy with my sevice.
