I spoke with Stephanie on multiple occasions as we prepared to sell our business and transfer service to the new owners. She was professional, prompt, and extremely friendly each time I spoke with her! She did such an excellent job helping me navigate and ensure the smooth transfer of service and always gave me a peace mind. I always enjoyed speaking with her!

We have no problem with Waste Pro what so ever, but we live in Inglis and there is a recycle satellite right up the road from us on Butler. We have decided to use that and save the $71 for the 3 month billing period.. The young lady named Stephanie that I spoke with was very pleasant and courteous. She gets an " at a girl" from me. Thank you Stephanie!

I have been a customer of them for 25 years someone decided that they were going to bill me for the $40 I owe them cuz I'm a month behind ever since they changed their billing to three times as much money as it used to be so I've been a month behind but someone there decided that it was okay for them to just run my $40 through without my authorization therefore causing me an overdraft so no I don't recommend them I think they suck and no one should ever use them because people there think they can bill you without your autho... read more
