Today I actually had the pleasure of getting Ms. Raynette Henry as my customer service representative from your company...our account had been placed on a CREDIT HOLD. I was a little aggravated because this happened at least one time before to me. I explained to Ms. Raynette that my X-wife never checks her emails and that I needed the contact to be changed to my email so that I'm not pulling up to see her trash overflowing. I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the level of service and customer care I have received from Waste Pro. Since opening my account, my trash has not been picked up on four separate occasions, yet my rates have been raised twice during this same period. In addition to these increases, I am consistently charged multiple miscellaneous fees simply to pay my bill. The absolute WORST company ever !!! I have multiple accounts and will change everyone of them to another service provider. I’d rather pay more money than deal with that arrogant manager Corey Staab, he’s a racist , woman hating JERK !!! How he has a job there I’ll never know. I’ll never recommend them for anything. !!! Worst business decision ever going with them and will never go back, I’ll dump my own trash before using them !!! Too bad I can’t give them negative stars instead of 1 !!!!
