I wanted to say that the team that services Hendersonville in the Stonecrest Subdivision is amazing! These two guys, the driver and the young man who holds on to the back of the truck. Very professional and respectful. They handle this with care. I drive by in the morning they wave. I just want to speak up because I am grateful and see the good work they do. Service has been excellent for a number of years, but lately every time we have waste pickup the can ends up in the street, I the neighbors yard or laying on its side somewhere in the yard. My 90 year old mother should not have to chase down her garbage can every week! PLEASE speak to your employees about returning can to where they got it. Thanks

The sanitation workers on my trash route continuously rip my attached lid of of the handles. This has created splits in the lid. It takes a good bit of time and duct tape to fix it just to have the lid ripped off again and again. I did complain to the company and the only response I got was an email asking if someone had contacted me. I replied no. Complained again and still no response.
