Brandon and Derrick on truck #0933286 are always upbeat and friendly when they come to my home. I appreciate their work ethic and care for my trash can. Derrick always places it back in my yard with my bricks on top. I love it! Thank you Brandon and Derrick, I’m glad to have y’all as my Waste Pro specialist!

I have been a customer for waste-pro for way over a year. The driver normally comes to our home and we have created a huge turn around to make it easy for him. On this day he decided to use my yard as a turn around. My septic is in my yard and the trucks weight fell through it. I have called the company and spoke to a lady that told me that I signed a contract with them saying that they are not responsible for that or even if they hit a car or run through my home. Jason Thompson was a great help and very patient and an excellent asset to your team. He definitely needs a raise we live in aJason Thompson was a great help and very patient and an excellent asset to your team. He definitely needs a raise. We live in a dead end, and it’s hard to maneuver in and out, especially with the size of the equipment but he was very responsible and very helpful.

Ill be glad when hendersonville ends their contract with you. You can only empty 2 trash cans, what the heck? I have 3 cans, the lifts on your truck can pick them up, not your guys. I take them ro the road, and you can't empty another can. I have so much trash because you will not empty the 3 rd can. Where else is my trash supposed to go of you don't empty my cans. Hendersonville get rid of this company asap.
