This company is not upfront in their pricing. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign that five-year contract. My contract states one price yet I am continually charged between $200-$300 more per month than I was quoted. With Dedman’s I was quoted one price and was charged the exact same amount every month for four years. I should’ve never swapped. With Waste Pro I am paying thousands of dollars more per year. You could probably go with any other company in this area and save tons of money! Beware!
Sean Michael, was awesome!!!!! They could not get me a dumpster until next week, and he seen that I had a lot trash. He can out on his own time and removed the trash for me. Great job Thanks
Drivers pick up when they want to. Some days they would backup, and grab a couple bags off the top, and drive off. When you pay for a service, you should get it.. Prices got higher, and service got lower.. If you have another option, you may want to go with it..
Was needing a dumpster for a house clean out but was states away. I contacted Sean Michael at Waste Pro and he did a great job at coordinating the drop off and pickup of the dumpster. Very professional from start to finish. Will definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks again!!
We had a rent house that needed to be cleaned out. Waste Pro delivered the dumpster on time and was great about the pick up as well. Sean Michael was very helpful and professional. I would definitely use them again.
