Had multiple issues getting our account set up and sent multiple messages requesting help. Finally got logged in and now I'm dealing with garbage but being picked up like it's supposed to be. Account paid with $0 owed. Didn't choose them, my garbage service before was incredible and dependable but unfortunately was bought out by Waste Pro. I expect service to be completed as paid - don't recommend using this company unless you enjoy chasing them to do their job.
Business response:
Ann, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Due to the Labor Day holiday on 09/07/26, collection services were operating on a one-day delay. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at wpcr@wasteprousa.com if we can be of more assistance. LR
