Attitudes stinkier than the garbage. Truckers aren't lying. Lady at the scale house that checks you in and out has an attitude problem. She acts like everyone should know the rules and procedures. Makes you go out to the street to close your doors and put the seal. No one is going to steal trash lol. Pca doesn't even check the seals. They had me overweight and she got soooo mad, threw a tantrum like a rotten child. Like if i loaded the trailer. Missed my trash pickup again..when I called, the lady said it was a substitute driver and missed my street. I asked if they could come back out because will be overloaded by next pickup. She said she would contact her manager and call me back. Did I get a call back? No..because people suck and don’t care about customer service anymore. Enjoy the extra work on Tuesday 👍
Picked up a scrap load here. I was loaded quickly, and I appreciate that. However, as others have mentioned, the lady at the scale house is insufferable. Bad aditude from the very beginning. Quick to anger over nothing and just plain unpleasant.
I pay for one season of service up front, they never say anything about extending it, they stop coming at the end, but then after I switch to another provider because they stop coming without warning, they bill me. I text them asking what's up, they never respond. Now I'm on collections, I found out they received my texts and just refused to respond, all for service they never provided. There are a lot of options, go with someone else.
The black woman that is on check in needs to explain things better. She also had bad attitude. The Trailer was overweight for almost 2000 lbs ( 81700 ) and she ask me to back up on the scale, ( that’s unusual , not safe , and it can uncalibrate the scale ) instead of saying that a forklift will take some weight off ( which she didn’t say it ) she keept insisting me to back on the scale.
