Still taking money from me after I cancelled my membership.
They own every brand of watch they send out, so they are the ones setting the quality. Hyper-inflated MSRPs give naive customers a sense of value, but they're super cheap and have almost no resale value. Do your research before buying in, and you'll see a web of deception, silencing dissent, and just general scummy business tactics.
This is a scam. I joined at the platinum level. Filled out preferences non divers were selected. I asked costumer service if they pay attention to preferences they assured me they did. I have a Rolex did not feel like a needed another diver. What was my first watch, a diver. I left a review review was deleted and I was quickly kicked from the group.
I’ve seen what there watches and Facebook page has turned into and I cannot get behind their product anymore. Shame to see it go down hill the way it has
Watches not as advertised. You will not get a watch that is 5x the price of your subscription. If you are lucky you will get a watch that if you do not like you can sell it and break even! You fill out your style profile but then get watches that are nothing like your style profile. They only send out 2-3 different styles per tier and when they miss the mark the entire exchange is flooded with these watches, causing you to have to keep or unload for a big loss. too much money for the watches they offer. they make their own watches and put up fake websites to claim they have a history and value. they offer an exchange page and let the admins remove anybody with any kind of negative feedback but then claim they're not responsible for the exchange page. 90% of their watches can't be sold for more than $20 outside their group because they are unknown and cheaply made.
Did the black subscription with their offer of $50 off the first month. Got a no name watch called “blacklist” it’s worth $80 at best. Save your money and buy what you like. Nothing to be impressed by.
