Fantastic service. Another business made a total mess of my watch and was no longer working correctly. The Watch Hospital repaired the battery contacts and replaced both batteries plus a pressure test at an extremely good price. Thank you so much for the amazing service Sharon. I will definitely return in the future.
I have always used The Watch Hospital whenever I needed a replacement battery for my watch. The make of my watch is a Tag and I have always been told that it won’t be pressure sealed, but as I don’t swim or go scuba diving in it I was happy for just a battery without the pressure guarantee. I was told today that it would be £80 and at first, the bearded server said that he wouldn’t do it without the pressure test. I went to the watch hospital today to get a battery and to have some links taken out of a new watch . The price was £40 for both , I left and went somewhere else to get a key cut . They also did batteries and took links out , the total price with them would have been £12 , so I would love to know why the watch hospital is extortion!!!
They changed battery in my g shock mudmaster. They guaranteed it would be water proof paid £50. I went in the shower and watch full of water and beebing constantly They took watch back and said they will fix. Avoid
I took my Tag in to have a link put in. It took the lady over an hour and at one point I noticed her pat herself down and look on the floor. She gave me my watch and charged me £30. The next day I noticed the pin coming out of the new link. I took it back and a different lady informed me that there was only one screw in the link instead of 2. This watch has huge sentimental value as my husband bought me it and he died last year. I'm disgusted that I was given my watch back and the lady knew there was a chance I could lose it... read more
