I took two battery operated watches there today, a Micheal Kors and a Storm. I had tried to get the batteries changed at a Cobblers who damaged the battery connectors. The lady who served me was very pleasant, polite and efficient. She fixed both watches for me, whilst I waited. Both had sentimental value. I can't thank her enough. She guaranted the repairs for two years and the total cost was only fifty quid. I will always use this business. First class in every way.

Fantastic service. Another business made a total mess of my watch and was no longer working correctly. The Watch Hospital repaired the battery contacts and replaced both batteries plus a pressure test at an extremely good price. Thank you so much for the amazing service Sharon. I will definitely return in the future.

Just paid £50 for a replacement watch battery(more fool me)an absolute rip off. I challenged the cost and was told it’s based on the make. So they put a 10p battery in a Gucci watch and stiff you for £50. Shameful. Avoid avoid avoid.

The make of my watch is a Tag and I have always been told that it won’t be pressure sealed, but as I don’t swim or go scuba diving in it I was happy for just a battery without the pressure guarantee. I was told today that it would be £80 and at first, the bearded server said that he wouldn’t do it without the pressure test. I said that I had been coming to The Watch Hospital for ten years just for a battery. He was very rude and surly... read more

Went in for a new battery for my watch. Went to collect it later and the guy said no charge as didn't need battery as back was loose. He could have easily charged me for a new battery that I wouldn't have needed. Very good customer service, will highly recommend and definitely return when this battery runs out.
