Took my Seiko Kinetic for repair, took 3 weeks and cost me £260, Lost an hour in the first week after repair, took it back under their warranty and still won't keep time. I wouldn't trust them with anything more than a watchstrap adjustment, and not sure about that. Absolute rubbish.
Very rude member of staff in Carlisle branch today. She didn’t seem like she wanted any work to do. I had three designer watches which needed the batteries replaced. She said she couldn’t replace the Armani one as the glass had a small crack and she thought the battery would have leaked and the glass would break if she worked on it. She was very offhand and when I tried to ask a question she said if you will just let me finish. I went elsewhere and got excellent service. I was not going to pay £29.99 for a leather watch strap so I bought my own strap and fitted the strap myself I've even uploaded a pic with the new strap on
He's all was helped dad with the watch I go him a few or more then a few Christmas ago. Because we have never really figured out how to Chang it when the clock go back and forth or even with batters or fixing it. He is really helpful and friendly when we have going in and ask. So I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone with a watch.
