I received an excellent service from water heater specialist. Who arrived with on an hour of calling in my leaking water heater. They sent Ernesto to save the day . Wonderful experience best of the best Ernie is an excellent outstanding technician you should definitely put him in a supervisor position.
Ernesto who did estimate of new water heater showed up on time as promised and explained very detail about what was his company best offer to meet my budget in terms of proactively to install a new water heater for preventative maintenance. He installed the new water heater efficiently by himself and went through the contract, usage, and operation procedures patiently. I really appreciate his service.

This is my second time using them for a water heater install. The first one was my house. It was a very good install at a very reasonable price. They communicated well and made sure the area was clean afterwards. This second water heater install was for my dad's house. Another great job by Omar. He did both of the installs at each location.
