Imagine your water heater failing dripping water everywhere calling the Water Heater specialist who arrive within an hour and complete the job in the next three hours and it’s like it never happened! Incredibly professional and the price well I guess that’s what it is these days. :( In particular, I want to put 10 stars for Jesus Barajas Very thorough very professional, knowledgeable, hard worker he was great!
We had to replace a leaking water heater. We called Water Heater Specialists and they were there the next day at the exact time of the appointment. Ernesto Trevino was our service tech. He was excellent and explained what he was going to do and why and gave us options. After the installation, he walked us through start up, maintenance and hope to get the most out of our heater. He cleaned up after himself left the garage in great shape. Highly recommend
Incredibly timely service. Our water heater went out on Dec 31st. I contacted them on Jan 1st at 8:30 and he was at our house by 9:30 and not only had the parts but had our water heater up and running by 10am. Ernesto was professional and very polite. Don’t hesitate to call them for repairs!!
Ernesto came over on a Sunday morning to install our water heater and did an outstanding job. He was extremely professional, on time, very friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the process. The work was done efficiently and with great care. I would definitely recommend Ernesto to friends and family.
Victor was very professional and efficient. I appreciated his straightforward explanation of the issues and then the process to replace the water heater. He protected the hardwood floors and did not have spill over from his workspace. Victor was friendly. I would certainly recommend this business to others.
