I received an excellent service from water heater specialist. Who arrived with on an hour of calling in my leaking water heater. They sent Ernesto to save the day . Wonderful experience best of the best Ernie is an excellent outstanding technician you should definitely put him in a supervisor position.
Our water heater suddenly stopped working on Wednesday, Thursday morning at 9am VICK was already here to fix the issue! He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly checked all possible root causes, as well as the overall health of the water heater. Once finished he provided suggestions for regular maintenance and long-term improvements. Absolutely deserves a 5* rating!

This is my second time using them for a water heater install. The first one was my house. It was a very good install at a very reasonable price. They communicated well and made sure the area was clean afterwards. This second water heater install was for my dad's house. Another great job by Omar. He did both of the installs at each location.
