From beginning to end our service was awesome. Called the number listed on the sticker and someone answered and scheduled a technician to come out within a couple hours. Richard showed up and was friendly, professional, and explained everything. He answered our questions, and worked diligently to get our water heater working. Our water heater started leaking late Saturday night, and we called Water Heater Specialists at 10:30pm using the number printed on the unit. They answered right away and gave us clear instructions to shut off the water supply. Impressively, they scheduled the earliest available appointment—8am the next morning. Ernesto arrived on time and prepared to repair our water heater, however it was an old water heater and we were already thinking about replacing it. Luckily, he had EVERYTHING with him to do either option, so we choose to replace! The new water heater is much more modern, and Ernesto did an amazing job. He was fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. Richard was friendly, efficient and immediately assessed the problem and determined that the water heater's thermostat needed to be replaced. He worked quickly and had the water heater working in short order. He installed as well as showed me the settings and took the time to clean up any mess he may have created. Richard was incredibly efficient, friendly & I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone needing this service.
