From beginning to end our service was awesome. Called the number listed on the sticker and someone answered and scheduled a technician to come out within a couple hours. Richard showed up and was friendly, professional, and explained everything. He answered our questions, and worked diligently to get our water heater working. Ernesto arrived on time and prepared to repair our water heater, however it was an old water heater and we were already thinking about replacing it. Luckily, he had EVERYTHING with him to do either option, so we choose to replace! The new water heater is much more modern, and Ernesto did an amazing job. He was fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. Can't thank Water Heater Specialists enough for providing great service and an awesome technician!!!!
Rich/Richard came by to our house about 1.5 weeks ago at the appropriate time, presented professionalism, was patient with us when we were explaining our situation, gave us options with time-frames, and overall did an amazing job setting up our new and improved water heater on the same day. We discovered our heater was leaking on a Sunday morning, so we called Water Heater Specialists. They responded immediately and dispatched Ernesto to check the severity of the leak. Ernesto was very knowledgeable and suggested we replace the heater since it was more than 10 years old. He also had all the equipment for the replacement in his van.
