After years of tolerating Rusty water and sometimes with an odor, we decided to call Water Systems Of Alabama. Larry came out and tested our water and gave us a very thorough explanation of what it would take to get the type of water we wanted He was spot on with his analysis and we were happy to have good, clean, clear water at our farm. We had our yearly checkup on our Aqua Systems equipment yesterday. The Tech who did our service was Austin Maddox and he was excellent. He took the time to explain his findings to us in terms we could understand. He pointed out things we should be aware of and what to do if necessary. It was by pure accident that I ran across water systems. The service I received from the front office to the service department is something that has been lost in many businesses. Not only did they take the time to listen to my problem but went the extra mile to assist in the repair of our water softener.
