First off Kyle has great customer service. He is so nice when he comes into your home. His presence is very welcoming, great smile. He comes prepared with all the tools and ready to access the situation and tell you what is needed. He is very kind when answering questions as he works on the problem. This is the second time we used this company for our plumbing needs. Got here in a timely manner, solved the problem for the original call and another that came up while he was here. Professional and extremely reasonable price for work done. Would highly recommend and definitely will use in the future.
The service was TOP NOTCH! He had us back up and running within 2hrs of him getting here. Also he showed me the issues I was having, then fixed them and gave me the knowledge to be aware for future maintenance. Top-tier service from Kyle. We had a water main issue just before the weekend and Kyle was the only one willing to work through the weekend to get it fixed. As a bonus, he was much more reasonably priced than the other quote we received. 10/10.
I would definitely recommend Water Tight Plumbing Solutions. I called to have a workstation sink installed in our kitchen. Never having installed one before he figured it out and got the job done. Great attitude and great work!
