I am a senior living placement professional and have a few clients living in Watercrest. The staff is so accommodating and helpful with move ins and beyond. In particular Tammy is outstanding! I have worked with her for a few years and she is so understanding and compassionate! The food is very good and the activities keep everyone busy and engaged! I highly recommend this community when looking in this area!

My band, “Still Jammin” has been entertaining the residents of Watercrest for many years. We find them always happy to see our Trio. We have always found this beautiful senior living community to be clean with tons of amenities - similar to an upscale cruise ship! We are always greeted with smiles and even hugs. The staff is warm and friendly. I love coming here and hope to for many years to come.

Memory Care team is great. Yesterday Lisa and Tiffany wanted to change my mom's clothes after dinner so the three of us did it together. She can be difficult so I really appreciate Tiffany and Lisa they are wonderful

Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens is truly a special place. The staff here go above and beyond every day — you can genuinely see how much they care about the residents. From the moment you walk in, there’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team is attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help with a smile. It’s clear that residents are not only well cared for, but also treated with dignity and kindness.
