My band, “Still Jammin” has been entertaining the residents of Watercrest for many years. We find them always happy to see our Trio. We have always found this beautiful senior living community to be clean with tons of amenities - similar to an upscale cruise ship! We are always greeted with smiles and even hugs. The staff is warm and friendly. I love coming here and hope to for many years to come.
Making the decision to move a parent into an assisted living facility is a challenging and emotional process. After touring several facilities, I ultimately chose Watercrest. I was impressed by the facility itself and the positive atmosphere created by your staff. Memory Care team is great. Yesterday Lisa and Tiffany wanted to change my mom's clothes after dinner so the three of us did it together. She can be difficult so I really appreciate Tiffany and Lisa they are wonderful
I wanted to take this time to personally thank Shannekar who is one of the med techs on the memory care side. She has been unbelievably helpful to my Mom and her transitioning here. She is empathetic and caring and truly loves what she does. It shows every day that she is here how much loves her residents. Caring for others is truly a difficult and challenging ask.
