My mom and I came to Watercrest and were welcomed with open arms. The place was so very nice and the staff were so accommodating. Diane answered all our questions and made us feel like family. The entire staff are wonderful. Upon mom’s first day they rolled out a red carpet and had staff and residents welcomed mom. We are so very happy Mom is here and so is she.

I looked at 12 facilities between Palm Beach County and Lucie County for my mom whom we were moving from NY to a living facility in Florida so that she could get the care she now needed at age 90. When I walked into Watercrest St. Lucie West it felt very different. The residents were smiling, happy and enjoying this beautiful facility and outdoor spaces. My grandma is very happy here. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating, especially considering her language barrier. I’m so grateful to watercrest for giving her a loving, peaceful, and welcoming home.

My mom moved here over 5 years ago and it was the best thing for her after my dad passed away. She would have been all alone in a big house in New York. The Watercrest has in my opinion has prolonged her life . The activities ( bingo , blackjack , entertainment , parties and special events etc.) here keep her busy all day . She had made many friends. I live in California and I needed to temporarily move my mom into an assisted living facility until I could sell her house. She fell in April and was in a rehab facility and it was very isolating. We looked at a few places, but none were nearly as nice as Watercrest. Desperate to find a nice place for my mom I contacted Diann (pictured standing next to my mom).
