Resort and staff were fantastic except for one, the most important one, our guide, Jeff A. ("Jiggy"). First day, a half day, Jiggy was short, gruff and barely personable. The three of us have been on sport fishing boats for 40 years from Cabo San Lucas, San Diego, Neah Bay to Seward. We can deal with short, gruff and barely personable boat captains. If you come here DO NOT USE Luis. He is a mean guide. Talks crap about the entire company while you are with him. Guy seemed very condescending and under prepared(formally) for the job. We want real fisherman not EGO filled fake captains here in alaska. Waterfall is great but that guide is NOT!
