Waterfall was AMAZING! We said this was a once in a lifetime experience BUT we have to go back. It all starts with a float plane ride to heaven! Once we arrived, the staff was so accommodating and extremely organized. Fishing was amazing. The scenery was incredible. Our guide, Bill, worked so hard for us to fill our daily limits and our boat had the greatest music ever! We met so many new friends from all over the US. If you want an experience of a lifetime, Waterfall is a MUST Go!

The location was great. This is one of the most efficient organizations I have experienced; and, I've seen many. The staff were wonderful. They could not do enough for you and seemed happy about doing such. The food was much more than I needed. While we caught all the fish we wanted and had great company on our boat, the boat is over crowded for five people leaving one individual in the back having to fish over one of the large outboard engines. Our trip to Waterfalls Resort was nothing short of spectacular—a true trip of a lifetime! Our guide, Alex, was phenomenal, working tirelessly around the clock as we reeled in fish after fish. The fishing was absolutely “off the hook” (pun intended)! We caught an abundance of halibut and coho, and while we hooked some impressive king salmon, we followed Alaska’s regulations and released them. From start to finish, our time at Waterfall Resort was absolutely perfect! Our captain, Caden, was phenomenal — we truly couldn’t have asked for someone who fit our group more perfectly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made every day out on the water a blast. Every member of the staff went above and beyond. I had an unforgettable trip to Waterfall Resort Alaska. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, whether it was on the water or back at the lodge. The fishing itself was incredible. We caught a wide variety of fish including king salmon, halibut, rockfish, and coho. The guides knew exactly where to take us and gave great advice throughout the trip.
