Brock was easy to work with, got us a great rate, and we closed our loan on time. I would highly recommend Brock and would use him again in the future.

Mr. Brock Hicks was professional and extremely helpful in securing our mortgage loan. Mr. Hicks identified crucial issues in our loan process with initial lender who obviously neglected when we were shopping around for better rates. He immediately discussed our loan issue with his underwriter and came up feasible solutions to our problems and solved our concerns. Additionally, the mortgage rate was the best available at the time we were shopping.
Brock went above and beyond in every aspect and was by far the best we have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend him and will contact him again in the future if needed.
When I was looking at buying a home last year I called around and got different rate quotes. When I contacted or was contacted by Brock I recieved an excellent rate and he was easy to talk to, laid back and friendly. Brock was always on top of my loan keeping the process moving along smoothly, even giving me pep talks when I had doubts. Brock was definately the hardest working individual in the process of my home purchase and I would use him again as well as recommend him to friends and family.
I took some time to refi my primary residence and I wasn’t sure how to proceed with the loan. Brock help me thru every step and ensured I get the best deal possible. I wouldn’t have gotten the offer I got if it is not with Brock. Very satisfied with the service and so happy I was able to reduce the monthly payment by 350$.
At every key juncture in the process, Brock took the time to truly understand our position and clearly explain our options. From giving us a heads up on international monetary news that might have influenced our decision regarding when/if to lock our rate, to making sure everything was in place if we needed additional funding, Brock repeatedly exceeded our expectations.
