At every key juncture in the process, Brock took the time to truly understand our position and clearly explain our options. From giving us a heads up on international monetary news that might have influenced our decision regarding when/if to lock our rate, to making sure everything was in place if we needed additional funding, Brock repeatedly exceeded our expectations. I had a wonderful experience working with Brock he went over and above the call of duty to help me through a painful refinance I would highly recommend him to all he is very kind, personable and yet highly skilled at his work a rare combination indeed ! We have worked with Brock twice. Both times, he gave the best rate possible, was thorough in his process (e.g. he gave the list of papers and information upfront that he needed from us - saving time and frustration), and kept us in the loop when timeline had to change for some reason. He even gave good advice when we were considering buying a property, without knowing if the new business will come his way. He is our first choice whenever we need help with home loan or refi!
We have been looking for our first home for over a year most lenders just wanted to run our credit and never give a clear answer. Worked with Watermark twice (original loan then re-fi 3 yrs later). Brock specifically made re-fi very easy. Best rates I could find anywhere with my excellent credit. All my options clearly explained (I decided to pay down out of jumbo to get an amazing 15yr rate). Brock was fast, reliable, clear, & advocated for me. Recommend without hesitation.
