I had been shopping around to refi for a number of months but held off due to the higher fees from other banks/lenders. I came across the Bankrate link which I submitted and a few reached back out quickly including Jesse from WaterMark home loans. I worked with Amanda Blankenship as my loan & mortgage officer and she was absolutely fantastic! She locked me into a great rate and then walked me through each step of our new home loan. She was extremely efficient and went above and beyond...even checking in with me after hours and keeping me up-to-date on everything that was required and where we were in the process. We closed our loan amazingly fast to the delight of both realtors, and I would highly recommend and use her and Watermark again for our future loan needs!!

I worked with Casey and his team to do a cash out refi on my home. I compared rates and Casey was able to get me a rate that was significantly better than anywhere else. This is the second mortgage I have done with Watermark in the past two months. The rates have been excellent, and the costs fair. Casey Lamm and Kimberly Campbell handled both of my loans, and they both did a great job of getting us across the finish line. I would recommend them without hesitation if you need a mortgage with a minimal amount of hassle.
