I came across Watermark Home Loans when I was shopping for my mortgage. Nick provided me the best rate in the market. Documentation procedure and follow up thereafter was extremely smooth. The team was always available when I contacted them (in-spite of time difference between CA and NY/NJ). We achieved our closing in record time (2.5 weeks). Amanda and her team were awesome. Always there to answer questions, notified us of any potential hiccups, and make the process as smooth as possible. Their pricing was head and shoulders better than anyone else we looked at. Price shop is always recommended but make sure Watermark is one you look at, you will be shocked at what they can offer!

Casey and Kimberly were very helpful with our transaction. We did a refinance of a construction loan to a conventional mortgage. I chose Watermark because their closing costs were significantly lower and the rate quoted me was about 1/2 a point lower than all others. The transaction did take a while and had a few bumps, but Kimberly was great at getting those smoothed out.
Getting a new mortgage or in our case, refinancing a mortgage, can be a daunting task. While we’ve done this for several properties recently, I can say that it’s one of our least favorite “tasks”!
