Amanda Blankenship rocks. Not only was she able to deliver what she promised (a 14 day close, based upon my financial picture and promise to be responsive) but she also blew everyone else's rate and overall closing fees out of the water. Detailed, thorough, persistent. Whether it is a first time purchase, or more, or even a refi there is always documents that are requested more than once, or further documentation requested to continue the process. This only happened a couple of times. We found this experience very pleasant, and happy we used them.
Amanda took the time to explain each part of the loan, fees, and process. She was also professional and easy to reach whenever we had a question. The loan terms and conditions were very reasonable and straight forward, no hidden fees.
For a lender I had not heard of before, they had a very good rate and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Amanda was always there to andwer any questions (even on weekends and at home) which definitely helped with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.
David Phelps and his team were amazing! They were really nice, honest, and responsive! I shopped 12 lenders and Watermark was the best price from the beginning. I will definitely use them in the future.
Regan and his team are flawless... Ive never had the lender ready before all other parties in a real estate transaction. When Regan says he can close, he'll close.
