Last year I tried this company to refinance my old home. They did a fast job, however, I was not happy about 2 things. 1. I left few voice mails with Casey (forgot what the subject was) but he never returned my call. I had a # for another person at this company, and left another message but he never returned my call either. 2. They added unexpected extra fee something like $750 at the end. They made everything easy to do and it was a very quick process. Despite the multiple changes with other entities involved in the process. I will definitely recommend Water Mark to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home the complete staff is top notch.

I compared Watermark against two other mortgage brokers. Marc beat both their closing costs and interest rates significantly. The team worked quickly and efficiently to get the financing and it was a very painless experience. I am really pleased with these folks and would do business here again.
David and his team were fantastic to work with. Extremely efficient, upper friendly, great communication and explanations, fast turnaround times. The rates were great, much lower than other companies and the fees they charge are incredibly low. I would highly recommend speaking with them if you are in the market for a loan. You will not be disappointed.
We have worked with Regan in the past couple years on a refinance and more recently, on a home mortgage.
