I compared Watermark against two other mortgage brokers. Marc beat both their closing costs and interest rates significantly. The team worked quickly and efficiently to get the financing and it was a very painless experience. I am really pleased with these folks and would do business here again.
David and his team were fantastic to work with. Extremely efficient, upper friendly, great communication and explanations, fast turnaround times. The rates were great, much lower than other companies and the fees they charge are incredibly low. I would highly recommend speaking with them if you are in the market for a loan.
