Watermark Home Loans and Loan Officer Casey Lamm performed admirably in closing my purchase loan. Not only was the process easy, with paperless processes right up to closing, but every deadline was met on or before date and the concurrent sale of our prior residence was coordinated beautifully to the satisfaction of all parties! Amanda was great. She did everything she said she would do in the time frame she said she would do it. Due to our loan to income ratio we had to go with an FHA which was going to cost us much more in the mortgage insurance. We had a 30 day escrow and with about a week left the processor noticed that on our most current paycheck stub we submitted that that my wife had got a cost of living raise she was not even aware of.
