I recently refinanced the mortgage on my single family home. Having done this process multiple times over the years, I knew what to expect. I absolutely loved working with Stacy!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in layman terms for you. She kept me up to date at every step of the process and always had the numbers broken down for me. She always answered my calls, texts, and emails, not matter what time of the day or where she was. I never had to wait for an answer from her. Stacy knows her clients very well and has everything you need when asked. I look forward to working with you again when it's time to re-finance!!!! :)
We worked with Martin Franco and it was a great experience. He promptly replied to all our requests every single time. The process was just as explained and it was as quoted and within the time frame. Martin guided us through the process from the time he provided us a quote through the day the loan funded. Our loan officer David Phelps of Watermark Home Loans definitely went above and beyond his job. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give it to him. We found David online through Bankrate.com. We were very skeptical about using online lender at first. However David made us feel very comfortable with him. We are extremely happy we went with Watermark Home Loans! Our loan officer was David Phelps. He was amazing to work with! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and super nice to talk with! He kept us updated on everything. He made the whole process very smooth and exciting! We signed our escrow papers on a Thursday and by Friday the next day at 5pm we were closed, funded and recorded!
