We recently completed a refinance theough Stacy and she is awesome. We have gone through the refinance process a couple times and Stacy by far has been the best. From my first introduction to him, to the signing of the final loan docs, he was most professional and attentive. Excellent refinancing experience with Watermark on a refinance of our primary residence. Ryan, our banker, was fast and clear in responding to all of our questions/inquiries. Our loan went was documented and fully funded within 45 days of our first inquiry (via Bankrate). Very attentive service. Highly recommend.
A few years ago I wanted to lower my VA mortgage interest rate; I received many mailings from companies asking me to contact them about their services. A few of the companies appealed to me but before contacting them, I checked them out with the Better Business Bureau.
